Pamodzi Properties Limited is a full-service property management company incorporated and operating in the Republic of Malawi. Headquartered in Lilongwe, we specialise in the management of short-stay, serviced, and long-term residential and commercial properties, with a growing portfolio across Malawi's principal cities and destinations.
We were established to fill a critical gap in Malawi's property market: the absence of a professionally managed, technology-enabled, guest-focused property management service that combines international standards with deep local knowledge. Our work connects property owners, including a growing diaspora investor community, with the high-quality short-stay and long-stay demand generated by Malawi's business, diplomatic, NGO, and tourism sectors.
