Pricing
Our long-stay management fee is a percentage of monthly rental income, agreed with you in writing before any contract is signed — never a hidden or fixed "package" charge added later.
Because every property, tenancy type, and scope of service differs (residential vs. commercial, furnished vs. unfurnished, vacant vs. tenanted), your exact fee is confirmed during your Property Visit & Proposal, before you commit to anything.
Diaspora owners requiring full proxy management (documentation, compliance, and complete delegation) receive a tailored proposal reflecting that expanded scope.
